PERTH (Australia) - Cognisium is excited to announce that it has successfully closed its first round of funding from a group of investors led by Mr Keith Jones, former Chairman of Deloitte Australia, who will also join the Board of Cognisium.
This first raise was oversubscribed with agreements reached in less than one week.
The proceeds of this capital raise will be used two fold:
A substantial portion of the funds will be used to refine and implement Cognisium’s client acquisition strategy, starting with our primary markets in Australia and the Middle East before progressing globally into the other markets where our experts are located.
The other portion of the funds will be used to enhance and improve our technology, in particular in automation, AI, user experience and analytics enhancements.
