Anita is passionate about strategy and innovation: she is a keynote speaker on the Future of Work and advises boards on the opportunities and risks of new people strategies. Anita has a customer driven mentality and understands the complexities that businesses are faced with when defining and executing their digital transformation strategies, especially regarding the workforce.
Before becoming partner at SMC, she was a member of the executive board at NGA Human Resources and globally responsible for strategy, alliances, and external communication. She advocates and sponsors diversity and inclusivity programmes. As partner of SMC, Anita focuses on strategy, innovation, people, and technology.
She is an experienced director and board member, both in the Netherlands and internationally, with profit and non-profit organizations. She teaches at academic executive programmes and is a recognized thought leader.
Anita has lived in Germany and the United States and worked all over the world.
She is experienced in working with multinational organizations and adept at leading international, virtual teams.
